2.Macro nutrients are the source off fuel for your body which can be measured in calories (cardohydrates, fats and proteins) and micro nutrients are nutrients that regulate and control bodily functions (vitamins and minerals). Also, the last nutrient water is not a macro or micro nutrient it is the vital nutrient needed to survive.

3. Carbohydrates, fats, and protein are all macro-nutrients. They provide useable energy, the energy they provide can be measured in calories. Macro-nutrients are what what make up the body's primary source if fuel.

4. I learned that we are made up of 58% water and that water doesn't fit into Macro or micro but it sustain all life processes.
I also learned that vitamens, minerals and water are nutrients that don't effect your body weight but it is the macro- nutrients (calories) the can make you gain weight.
